Fabio, you are my favorite contestant. Your food consistently looked like what I would want to eat. I live in SoCal and intend to celebrate my 40th wedding anniversary at one of your restaurants in June! You are by far the best contestant ever. You also showed what a “class act” you really are. You never stooped to to some of the antics of other “chefs”! Congratulations for being the fan’s favorite! Frankly, I feel the others were intimidated by you! Thank you again for a wonderful season!

OH FABIO! I am so heartbroken that you are gone. The worst part of all is that I have just recently been watching season 5 of Top Chef and I ended up watching the episodes where you are eliminated BACK TO BACK! So upset.

Oh Fabio! I just watched last week’s episode and I’m so sad you got off! Your hamburger looked delicious by the way, and I don’t even like hamburgers.
