Blueberry & Buttermilk Pancake

Ingredients:

2 ½ cup Buttermilk
4 Eggs, beaten
2/3 cup melted Butter
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Cups sifted Flour
3 Cup fresh Blueberry

Directions:

1. Mix together all the dry ingredients well
2. Mix together all the wet ingredient well
3. Combine the 2 mixture enough to get a smooth paste out of it
4. Add the Blueberry and fold into the batter gently
5. For each pancake pour about ½ cup of Batter on a greased falt top or Non-Stick Pans
