CURRIED CARROTS & CAULIFLOWER
Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets
Baby Carrots
Olive oil
Ground Cumin
Coriander
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Toss blanched cauliflower florets and Baby Carrots with olive oil, 2 tsp. each curry powder, ground cumin, Coriander.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Skewer and grill over indirect heat, covered.
