Ham and Sweet Mayo Club Sandwich


3 slices pumpernickel bread
3 ounces thinly sliced ham
4 slices Bacon, cooked
1 slice pineapple
2 tbsp Mayo
3 ounces Monterey Jack, sliced
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Shredded Romaine Lettuce
2 teaspoons olive oil



  • Chop Pineapple and mix with Mayo. Top 1 slice of the bread with ham, pineapple, and ½ the mayo.
  •  Place a 2nd piece of bread with bacon, cheese, basil, ½ the mayo, and Romaine.
  •  Drizzle with the oil and top with the remaining slice of bread
