Exclusive dining experience hosted by Fabio Viviani inside his private Estate in Barrington Hills.

Experience to include a custom five-course menu developed by Fabio, which upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Fabio and treated to small bites.

Guests will be invited into Fabio’s private wine cellar to pick luxurious bottles of wine to be paired with dinner.

The experience will include course by course chef interaction, guest participation in the cooking, if they wish to do so, and actual personal time in his kitchen while he’s cooking your meal.

Each guest will receive a custom curated gift bag from Fabio with books and gifts.

Fabio will record a personalized digital invitation to be sent to guests and clients.

Roundtrip transportation will be provided from anywhere in Chicago to Viviani's estate.

Stand up appetizers plus 5 course meal. Guest to provide all libations (water and coffee service included). This package is suitable for Alcohol and Wine Brands or any company that wishes to provide its own beverages selections.

Stand up appetizers plus 5 course meal. Guest either chooses from Private Estate Cellar (One sparkling during cocktail hour, 2 whites and 2 reds during tasting menu). Chef Fabio Viviani can also pair the wine if the guest prefers it that way.

#3 Food & Wine & Access to Fabio's Elite Collection of Fine Spirits
Stand up appetizers plus 5 course Meal. Guest either chooses from Private Estate Cellar (One sparkling during cocktail hour as well as Barrel Aged Cocktails available, 2 whites and 2 reds during Tasting Menu as well as access to all bottles available including some of the most unique and expensive finds). Chef Fabio Viviani can also pair the wine if the guest prefers it that way.
